Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming film with Roshan Andrewws, titled ‘Salute,’ is probably one of Mollywood’s most anticipated films. The filming was halted due to the second wave of coronavirus. The latest news is that the film’s production has resumed at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. The team is now completing the pending scenes of the lead actor Dulquer Salmaan.
Director Rosshan Andrrews, who is very particular about the site where he shot his debut film Udayananutharam, resorted to social media to express his feelings. “I visited Ramoji Film City after 17 years…… My first film was Udayananutharam. Thank you, God… I’m still working in this industry… I have so many memories… I hope all of you remember the movie… 17 years later…. I’m directing Dulquer. ‘Salute’ to the Almighty!!!” Rosshan Andrrews wrote the piece.
The next co-thriller is directed by Rosshan Andrews and written by acclaimed screenwriter pair Bobby-Sanjay. Dulquer Salmaan will play the role of SI Aravind Karunakaran in the film.Diana Penty, a Bollywood actress, is making her Malayalam debut with the mvoie. The ensemble also includes popular performers Lakshmi Gopalaswamy and Manoj K Jayan.
