But it is necessary to talk about an issue that has taken millions of lives around the world. It is crucial that we understand the reason why people take such a terrific step. What triggers them? What is hurting the person so much that they are unable to cope with the difficulties of life?

Never pass unnecessary comments, judge or ridicule them if they confide in you. Don’t be shocked either, calmly ask them to tell you the reason leading to such thoughts or ways that might help them overcome the issue.
