According to a class 10 student, he called MLA Mukesh for helping a friend.

The boy who was chastised by actor Mukesh, who is now a Kollam MLA, spoke to the media about the incident. Vishnu, an Ottappalam native and class 10 student, called Mukesh for assistance. However, the MLA yelled at the boy, disappointing him. The incident became contentious after a voice clip of the MLA’s enraged response to the boy surfaced on social media. Many people chastised Mukesh for abusing the boy.

Meanwhile, Mukesh has claimed that the incident was the result of a conspiracy and has stated that he will file a complaint.

Following this, the boy addressed the media here on Monday and responded to the allegations. Local CPM leaders accompanied the boy as well.

“I called Mukesh, the MLA. He said he was going to a Google meet and asked me to call him later. As a result, I called him six times. But he didn’t answer any of my phone calls. He called me back after the sixth call and said his Google meet had been disconnected. Because he is a celebrity, I recorded his phone call. Many students at my school do not have a phone and thus cannot participate in the online class. Because he is also an actor, I assumed he would assist my friends. I believe he became irritated with me after I called him six times. I’m not bothered by it. I contacted him in order to obtain a phone for a friend “Vishnu stated.

He also stated that he only showed the voice clip to one of his friends. The boy claimed that he had no idea the voice clip was being circulated on social media.

The CPM local leadership told the media that Vishnu is a member of the CPM family and that the issue will be resolved peacefully.
