Police Register Case Against YouTuber Aju Alex Following Actor Bala’s Complaint

Police have initiated legal proceedings against YouTuber Aju Alex following a complaint lodged by actor Bala. The case was registered by the police in accordance with a court order. The complaint from Bala alleges that he is being defamed on social media platforms and asserts that attempts are being made to extort money from him. It is expected that the police will record a comprehensive statement from Bala today.

Earlier, actor Bala had issued a legal notice to YouTuber Aju Alex, stating that unless a public apology and retraction of a statement regarding a home intrusion were made within three days, legal action would ensue.

Simultaneously, the police visited actor Bala’s residence to gather his statement regarding a complaint that YouTuber Aju Alex had entered his apartment and issued threats. The complaint alleges that Aju Alex forcibly entered the apartment and brandished a firearm, with Bala’s acquaintance Muhammad Abdul Khader registering the complaint. The First Information Report (FIR) indicates that Bala’s actions were prompted by animosity arising from Aju Alex’s creation of a video criticizing him.
