Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Grace Women’s Conference in Thrissur During Upcoming Kerala Visit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Kerala and participate in the women’s conference named ‘Sthreeshakthi Modikkoppam’ in Thrissur on January 2. The event, held at Thekkinkadu Maidan, is organized as a tribute from Kerala to the Prime Minister for his role in implementing the Women’s Reservation Bill. BJP state president K Surendran revealed that the conference aims to gather around two lakh women, highlighting the significance of women’s empowerment. Additionally, sources indicate that discussions related to the upcoming Lok Sabha elections are expected to take place during Modi’s visit, with prominent BJP leaders, including national president KP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, participating in various campaign programs across the state.

Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Kerala follows his previous trip in April of the same year. This upcoming event not only emphasizes women’s empowerment but is also anticipated to play a crucial role in strategizing for the political landscape leading up to the Lok Sabha elections, further solidifying the BJP’s presence in the state’s political discourse.
