Police brutally attack state Kabaddi player in Kerala for bursting crackers

Thiruvananthapuram : Police violence against students at Government Higher Secondary School Varkala.

The issue happened after a police complaint has been lodged against the students of Varkala Government Higher Secondary School for allegedly bursting crackers. The police assaulted the student by throwing him on the ground.

The authority explained their side stating a complaint received against the students from school principal. The injured student is a state Kabaddi player. He was going to represent the state in the upcoming championship which is set to begin from 7th November.

The injured student has complained that he was even attacked on their way to hospital.
