Elon Musk says, “It’s time to take risks.”
Entrepreneur Elon Musk emphasized the importance of hard work at USC Marshall School of Business. “Whatever the hour of waking, work hard. This is what I’d say, especially if you’re starting a business. And I mean, if you do simple math, you say that as someone other works for 50 hours a week and 100 works, you will do twice that much, as much as the other company does over the course of the year.”

He continued, “Focus on signal over noise. A lot of companies get confused.”
“It’s time to take risks the last thing I would encourage you to do. You have no children, you have obligations, well! You have no children. Certain of you… You probably have no children, Hahaha. Your obligations are increasing as you get older. So, once your family is there, you begin to take risks not only for yourself but also for your family. It becomes more difficult to do things that may not work. That is the time now. You have these duties before you do.”
