The UAE’s multiple entry tourist visa, gaining immense popularity, offers a five-year validity and allows visitors to stay for up to 180 days. Widely utilized by businesspersons, industrialists, and individuals bringing family members or children studying abroad, this visa permits multiple entries, each allowing a 90-day stay. Extensions for an additional 90 days are also possible, provided the cumulative stay does not exceed 180 days. Notably, the visa allows continuous stays if the visitor returns after visiting another country, presenting an attractive option for various travel purposes.

Application Process and Requirements

Applying for the five-year multiple entry tourist visa is streamlined, with online submission available through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security (ICP) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) websites. Residents in Dubai have the option to apply in-person at the Amer Centre or recognized typing centers. The application fee for the visa is 650 dirhams, with processing completed within ten days. Additional service charges may apply when applying through tourism or travel agencies. Required documentation includes a passport with a minimum six-month validity, a color photo with a white background, proof of health insurance, a bank statement reflecting a balance of $4,000, a return ticket, and details about the place of accommodation, ensuring a straightforward and accessible application process.
