Stray dog attack: 6 including 4 children injured in 2 districts

Stray dog attacks are increasing in the state meanwhile more people get injured day by day. On Sunday, a total of six people including four children were bitten by stray dogs in Kozhikode and Palakkad. In Kozhikode, three including two children were attacked by a stray dog at Arakinar.

Nooras (12), Vaiga (12) and Sajudeen (44) are the three who suffered dog bites. Sajudheen was attacked by the stray dog when he tried to save the children from it. The injured were rushed to Kozhikode Govt. General Hospital. A class 7 boy named Jayasurya was also bitten by a stray dog at Vilangad in Kozhikode.

In Kannur, a senior journalist and BJP National Council member A Damodaran were attacked by a stray dog on Sunday. He sought medical care at the Kannur district hospital. Meanwhile, a three and half year old boy was bitten by a dog at Attapadi in Palakkad. The boy who suffered injuries on his face was rushed to Kottathara tribal speciality hospital.
