Recruitment of HR Trainees through UGC NET

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL) and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) have notified the recruitment of bright, committed and energetic Officers to join their fold as Assistant Officer Trainee (HR) / Management Trainee (HR) through UGC NET December 2022.

The number of vacancies is as follows: AOT (HR) POWERGRID -27; AOT (HR) CTUIL-3, MT (HR) DVC-5.

Eligibility: Applicant should hold 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/ MBA in HR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Social Work (with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations)/ HRM and Labour Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare from a recognized University/ Institute with not less than 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
