The highly successful Tamil movie “Jailer,” starring the iconic Rajinikanth, is set to make its way to OTT platforms. This South Indian blockbuster has garnered immense popularity in regions such as Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, and Kerala, and is scheduled to stream on Netflix from September 7.

Having debuted on August 10, “Jailer” continues to draw packed audiences in numerous theaters. Impressively, the film holds the record for the highest opening week collection. In the realm of Kollywood hits, “Jailer” presently secures a spot within the top three. While the first rank is claimed by Rajini’s very own “2.0,” the second is taken by “Ponniyan Selvan 1.” As of now, “Jailer” occupies the third position, yet speculations indicate that it might soon surpass “Ponniyan Selvan” to claim a higher rank.

Alongside Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and Kannada superstar Siva Rajkumar, the movie boasts a star-studded cast including Jackie Shroff, Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah, Vinayakan, and more. The film’s musical score, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, features two chart-topping tracks, namely “Kawala” and “Hukum.”
