Dubai’s best government institutions for 2024 have been officially recognized, following a comprehensive evaluation of customer and employee satisfaction. The rankings, announced by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, highlight the top-performing agencies based on feedback from customers, employees, and the findings from the Mystery Shopper Happiness Study.
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) clinched the top spot with an impressive customer and employee happiness score of 96.7%. MBRHE’s primary role in providing housing solutions to Emiratis in Dubai earned it high praise for its commitment to service quality.
Following closely in second place is the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), which scored 97.01% for customer satisfaction. The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) secured third place with a score of 96.99%, demonstrating its strong service performance.
Employee satisfaction also received special recognition, with Awqaf Dubai securing second place with a rating of 96.2%, while the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) ranked third with a score of 95.3%.
Sheikh Hamdan congratulated MBRHE for maintaining its top ranking for three consecutive years, emphasizing the agency’s dedication to delivering high-quality services and fostering a positive work environment. Sheikh Hamdan’s recognition of these government institutions underscores the UAE’s commitment to enhancing public service quality and creating a work environment that prioritizes employee and customer satisfaction.
