As the festive season of Eid Al Fitr approaches, Emirates Airlines has announced a temporary expansion of its flight schedule to accommodate the anticipated surge in travel demand. Between March 26 and April 6, 2024, the airline will operate 17 additional flights to key destinations across the Middle East and GCC region.
With over 371,000 passengers expected to travel with Emirates during the holiday period, the airline is reinforcing its commitment to providing seamless connectivity. The newly added flights include six extra services to and from Amman, five additional flights between Dubai and Dammam, four extra flights to Jeddah, and two more flights to Kuwait. These strategic additions are aimed at facilitating family reunions, leisure getaways, and business travel during this busy period.
To enhance the onboard experience, Emirates will also introduce a special Eid menu across all travel classes on selected flights to and from Dubai. Passengers will have the opportunity to indulge in regional delicacies such as chicken madhbi, prawn matfi, chicken makloubeh, mixed grills including chicken shish taouk and lamb kofta, along with desserts like halwa brownie and pistachio cake. The thoughtfully curated menu aims to add a touch of festivity to travelers’ journeys, making their Eid celebrations even more memorable.
Emirates emphasized that the additional flights and enhanced onboard services are designed to offer passengers greater flexibility and convenience while ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.
