3–4 curry leaves
3–4 curry leaves
1tsp honey

HOW TO Make

Grind the curry leaves and tulsi in a stone or wood hand grinder. Fill a bowl halfway with the paste and 1 tsp honey.

WHEN SHOULD I EAT?
Consume this paste on a daily basis. Though it can be consumed at any time of day, it is best consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
