Kerala Government to consider the possibility of live online classes

Thiruvananthapuram: It is considering starting live online classes in schools in the state. Apart from broadcasting through victor’s channel, teachers are also considering providing one-line classes for their respective classes. For this, the government is considering using apps like Google Meet and Zoom. Further, the Education Department has asked Kite and Victors which technical system will be possible.

At the school level, each division of each class will be assessed as practical as to whether it is a separate class or a cluster of classes or schools. It is proposed to coordinate on an educational district basis. The Cabinet considered the matter. If schools are not open, classes are to be conducted in the best and most accessible way to all. The Education Minister will explain this through a news conference today.
