  • Combing is very important for your hair. Starting from the scalp to the ends, a few strokes of your brush can help distribute the natural oils in onto your hair. It keeps your tresses moisturised.
  • Include fish, beans, nuts and whole grains. Not just this, have foods that are high in vitamins A, C and E, minerals like zinc and iron and omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.
  • Do not use too much heat in your hair. It can cause damage with time.
