Restaurant style chilli chicken recipe

Chilli Chicken is an extremely popular Indo-Chinese recipe that you can easily prepare at home. It’s a mouth-watering chicken recipe that’s cooked using Indian vegetables and Chinese flavours. It’s mouth-watering  recipe that has boneless chicken marinated in eggs, corn flour and ginger-garlic paste.

Take a large bowl mix chicken, eggs, ginger-garlic paste and cornflour in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients properly, you can drizzle a little water to the mixture to coat the chicken pieces evenly. Then refrigerate the chicken for 1-2 hours.

After 1-2 hours, take out the marinade. Heat oil in a deep pan over a high flame. Put the chicken pieces in the oil until cooked through. Remove and drain excess oil on an absorbent paper.Meanwhile, heat 1 or 2 tbsps of oil in a separate pan over moderate flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the onions and fry for 2-3 minutes Then add the green chilies and mix well again. Also add some dry roasted green chilies to accentuate the taste.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, chicken and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and make sure that the chicken is well coated with the sauces. Keep stirring so that the chicken does not stick to the pan.

Transfer the dish to a bowl. Garnish with the spring onions, roasted sesame .
