Sindhu’s mother and son, on the other hand, had reservations about Binoy’s involvement in the incident. They later filed a complaint, and Binoy was summoned to appear before the police on August 16. Binoy ran away from home, fearing arrest. The murder was discovered on September 3rd, when police recovered Binoy’s body from his home.
