  • Eat a teaspoon of chia seed, pumpkin, and flaxseeds daily.
  • Drink a teaspoon of virgin coconut oil on an empty stomach.
  • Eggs, a source of protein – three eggs of white and one yellow should be included in the diet.

Lack of vitamin B12 can lead to hair loss and hair loss. It can also cause anemia. B12 supplements should also be used regularly. Vitamin D supplements also prevent hair loss.
