Health Concerns Interrupt Kerala Minister’s Navakerala Sadas Tour

Minister AK Saseendran, who was on a Kerala tour as part of the Navakerala Sadas, has been transferred from Pathanamthitta General Hospital to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital due to a deviation in blood pressure. Saseendran felt weak on the tour and returned to Pathanamthitta without attending the evening session of the event. After examination by the General Hospital’s medical team, he was admitted with high blood pressure and observed in the cath lab for four hours before being shifted to a room. Meanwhile, Minister K Krishnankutty, who was admitted to Alappuzha Medical College Hospital on Friday morning due to illness, was discharged in the evening and actively participated in the Navakerala Sadas, following doctors’ instructions to avoid strenuous activities.

The health issues affecting ministers during the Kerala tour highlight the challenges and demanding schedules faced by political figures. Medical conditions and the need for hospitalization can disrupt official engagements, emphasizing the importance of health monitoring and preventive measures for individuals with high-profile responsibilities.
