Butter chicken noodles recipe
Noodles is a recipe which can be made instantly. Make it even more delicious by adding any left-over spicy gravy in it, especially if it is butter chicken.
- 1 Cup Boiled noodles
- 2 medium Tomato
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/2 cup Chicken shredded
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 4 Cashew nuts
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Brown cardamom
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 2 Whole red chillies
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Kasoori methi
- A pinch of Sugar
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
Preparation
Boil tomatoes, onion, garlic, cardamom, black cardamom, whole red chillies, clove, cinnamon stick, cashews and butter in a bowl.
Grind and strain and then add butter in a pan and pour the strained mixture into the pan. Stir for 10 minutes.
Add salt, sugar, methi and cream and mix
Then add noodles and shredded chicken.
Serve hot
