India Clinches ODI Series 2-1 Against South Africa: Sanju Samson Shines

In a thrilling culmination to the ODI series against South Africa, India emerged victorious with a 78-run win in the third and final match at Paarl. The series ended with India leading 2-1. Batting first, India posted a challenging total of 296 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 50 overs. Malayali star Sanju Samson played a pivotal role, scoring his first career century with a notable 108 runs off 114 balls. Chasing the target, South Africa was dismissed for 218 runs in 45.5 overs.

The standout performer, Sanju Samson, was named the Player of the Match for his remarkable century. The Indian bowlers, led by Arshdeep Singh with four wickets for 30 runs, played a crucial role in restricting the hosts. Avesh Khan and Washington Sundar contributed with two wickets each, while Mukesh Kumar and Axar Patel secured one wicket each.
