With these home remedies, you can say goodbye to cracked heels

Some women have perfectly applied make-up, not hair out of place, and perfectly coordinated bags and clothes, but when you look at their feet, they appear neglected.

Our feet bear the brunt of our daily burdens from the moment we wake up until we sleep, so here are some simple and no-fuss home remedies for cracked heels.

For smooth and soft heels: Who doesn’t want smooth and soft heels? Surprisingly, you only need a few kitchen ingredients to have perfectly smooth heels. You can make this amazing concoction and soak your feet in it to see the results for yourself. Repeat the process on a daily basis for the best results. 1 tub of warm soapy water, 100 mL seed oil, a handful of marbles, 500 mL full-fat milk, a handful of rose petals, a handful of fresh margosa/neem leaves, 5 drops geranium oil, 5 drops sandalwood oil, 2 tablespoons wheat germ oil

Method: Combine all of the ingredients and soak your feet in this water for about 20 minutes before patting them dry. To remove dead skin from the heels, use a pumice stone.

Sea Salt and Oatmeal Scrub: Make the following scrub and use it while bathing on a daily basis. 1 cup oats, 100 mL almond oil, 100 gms sea salt, 100 gms honey, 100 gms rice powder, 10 drops juniper oil, 10 drops peppermint oil
Method: Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and store in an airtight jar. On a daily basis, we scrub our feet with a loofah. It will not only help to remove dirt and grime, but it will also soften dead skin and begin to make the skin smoother and crack-free.

Oil your feet at night: Oil your feet at night with a mixture of 2 teaspoons castor oil, 2 teaspoons olive oil, and 2 teaspoons almond oil.
Method: Apply these oils to your feet (this should be done at night). Smear Vaseline into the cracks of your feet and massage it in thoroughly. Melt a candle in a saucepan over a low heat. Apply with a flat brush to the skin with care. Allow to cool and dry. Put on cotton socks and a cover. Leave for the night. Peel off the skin the next morning and rub any remaining residue into the skin.

Home pedicure: Many people are unaware that a home pedicure can work wonders for cracked heels. Prepare yourself with the following items: Two large towels, a nail brush, a pumice stone, a loofah, a nail file, a buffer, a sponge, 5 drops of ylang ylang essential oil, warm soapy water, 500ml full fat warm milk, 20ml olive oil, and nourishing cream
File your nails and soak your feet in a tub of warm water, milk, and essential oil, as well as olive oil. Brush and thoroughly clean your nails. Scrub heels with a pumice stone until they are soft and smooth. Apply nourishing tub water to the legs up to the knees, as well as the top and soles of the feet, using a sponge.
