The circular warns of disciplinary action against officers failing to meet the stipulated timeframe. Notable changes include eliminating the requirement for Aadhaar and PAN details when registering a vehicle in a company head’s name, with subsequent steps for including PAN and TAN information. The circular also emphasizes that a nominee is not mandatory for the application, and ID proof should only be requested if the nominee’s name is provided. Moreover, individuals working in Kerala with an out-of-state address can register by submitting proof of a temporary address along with a copy of Aadhaar.
