Schools reopen in state after 2-years; regular classes begin

Despite the decline of Covid 19 cases Schools in Kerala are reopening. After two years schools are going back to regular classes. The schools will function until evening with full attendance in place. The schools have welcomed students by hosting various celebrations adhering to strict covid protocols.

The education department has said that 47 lakh children will be enrolled in schools from today onwards. Classes will be held in the open areas, and the social distance will be considered for seating arrangements. Uniforms and attendance are not mandatory. It is suggested that CBSE schools should also be kept open. Online learning will continue for children who have difficulty accessing schools. The annual examination will be held in April. Classes 10,12 will be completed by the end of this month.
