The government has issued an official order to remove actress Parvathy Thiruvothu from her position on the director board of the State Film Development Corporation (KSFDC). Parvathy Thiruvothu had submitted a request to the managing director of KSFDC expressing her desire to step down from the board.
In the past month, there was a restructuring that led to the removal of board members Shankar Mohan and actress Mala Parvathy. As part of this reorganization, Cameraman P Sukumar and director-actor Sohan Seenulal were appointed as replacements. The KSFDC board is headed by Chairman Shaji N Karun, with N Maya serving as the managing director.
