Vivo is all set to introduce its latest flagship smartphones, the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro, in India. These devices promise to deliver top-tier performance, cutting-edge features, and innovative camera technology. Here’s an overview of what to expect, including their specifications, pricing, and anticipated launch timeline.
The Vivo X200 series was first unveiled in China last month, comprising three models: Vivo X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini. However, only the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro are slated for the Indian market. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC, these smartphones are equipped with Zeiss-branded cameras, emphasizing Vivo’s focus on photography. The Vivo X200 Pro is particularly noteworthy as it features India’s first 200-megapixel Zeiss APO telephoto camera, paired with an advanced V3+ imaging chip for stunning visuals.
Both models will run on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15, and include curved displays. Battery capacities for the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro are 5,800mAh and 6,000mAh, respectively, ensuring long-lasting usage.
In terms of pricing, the Vivo X200 series starts at CNY 4,300 (around ₹51,000) in China, with the X200 Pro priced at CNY 5,699 (approximately ₹66,000). In India, the Vivo X200 is expected to cost between ₹60,000 and ₹70,000, while the Vivo X200 Pro is likely to be priced between ₹70,000 and ₹80,000.
Although Vivo has not yet disclosed the exact launch date, the series is anticipated to debut in late November or early December. A dedicated landing page on Vivo India’s website offers a glimpse into the lineup’s design and features, building excitement for its imminent release.
