The trailer for the upcoming horror thriller Dies Irae, starring Pranav Mohanlal and directed by Rahul Sadasivan, has been officially released. The film is produced jointly by Night Shift Studios and YNOT Studios, with Chakravarthy Ramachandra and S. Sashikanth serving as producers. The screenplay is penned by the director himself.
The trailer hints at a haunting narrative from start to finish. With the tagline ‘The Day of Wrath’, the title Deus Irae translates from Latin to ‘Day of Anger’, setting the tone for a dark, intense story. The teaser, released a month ago, had already garnered significant attention from fans and critics alike.
Following the critical and commercial success of Bramayugam, Deus Irae marks the next collaboration between Rahul Sadasivan and the Night Shift Studios team. The trailer and teaser both suggest a technically impressive film that delivers a powerful horror experience, elevated by striking visuals and an eerie musical score.
