Mumbai: Happiest Places to Work has launched the launch of the Happiest Places to Work Awards, India’s first initiative dedicated exclusively to recognising organisations that excel in fostering workplace happiness. The inaugural awards ceremony will be held in Mumbai towards the end of July and is expected to be attended by leading figures from across the corporate world.
At a time when workplace culture and employee experience are increasingly influencing business performance, these awards aim to spotlight organisations that consistently cultivate positive, engaging, and meaningful work environments. The awards will be chaired by Harsh Goenka, Chairman of RPG Group, and evaluated by a distinguished jury comprising prominent leaders from business and human resources, including:
