MS Dhoni, the captain of the Chennai Super Kings, recently took a well-deserved vacation with his wife Sakshi and daughter Ziva. After the lockdown in Himachal Pradesh was lifted, the former India captain travelled to Shimla. Many photos from Dhoni and Sakshi’s recent vacation with their 6-year-old daughter Ziva went viral on social media platforms.
Meanwhile, CSK took to social media on Friday (June 25) to share a photo of captain MS Dhoni with a strong message for fans. Dhoni is pictured wearing a red t-shirt and standing next to a wooden plank with the words “PLANT TREES SAVE FORESTS.”
Notably, CSK captioned the photo as, “Planting the right thoughts! Thala #WhistlePodu #Yellove”.
Planting the right thoughts! 💛

However, the post did not go down well with some Twitter users, who chastised Dhoni for posing next to a wooden plank while urging everyone to save forests.
The wood here is thrown by wood mills as waste and It's useless used for bonfires in Himachal's winter. 👌🏻💛

However, the official Instagram handle of the Shimla resort where Dhoni stayed clarified that the wood used for the wooden plank is thrown away as waste by wood mills and is referred to as ‘waste wood.’
