The film, which marks their collaboration after nine years, has already begun shooting, with viral images from the traditional pooja ceremony taking over social media. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas, Hridayapoorvam is the 20th film in which Anthikad is directing Mohanlal. Their last collaboration, Ennum Eppozhum (2015), was well-received, making this reunion a highly anticipated moment for Malayalam movie lovers. The film’s first scene, featuring seasoned actors Siddique and Sabitha Anand, was shot as part of the inaugural ceremony.
