Mahindra has unveiled the pricing and variants for the Thar Roxx, a new 5-door SUV model. While the 4×4 variant prices are yet to be announced, the 4×2 models are available in 18 different trims, ranging from Rs 12.99 lakh to Rs 20.49 lakh. The Thar Roxx comes with options for both petrol and diesel engines, paired with manual and automatic gearboxes. The petrol engine options deliver up to 177hp and 380Nm, while the diesel engines offer up to 175hp and 370Nm for the 4×4 trims.
The Thar Roxx is offered in various trims, each equipped with a range of features. The base MX1 variant includes six airbags, ESC, LED lighting, a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, and a rear USB-C port. The MX3 adds drive and terrain modes, a rear camera, and wireless smartphone charging. The MX5 introduces advanced features such as a tyre pressure monitor, LED DRLs, and a single pane sunroof. Higher trims like the AX3 L, AX5 L, and AX7 L include further upgrades, including ADAS suite, automatic climate control, 360-degree camera, panoramic sunroof, and a premium Harmon Kardon audio system. The Thar Roxx competes with other midsize SUVs like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, as well as Mahindra’s own Thar 3-door and Scorpio N.
