Kochi: Actor Bala has embarked on a new chapter in his life by marrying Kokila, a relative from Chennai, in a private ceremony held at the Kaloor Pavakulam temple in Ernakulam. The wedding took place on Wednesday morning at 8:30 am, attended by close family and friends. Bala had hinted about his impending marriage on Facebook, fueling speculation before the event.
In a heartfelt social media post, Bala reflected on his journey following a liver transplant, expressing the importance of having someone by his side during challenging times. He shared, “I felt the need for support after my liver transplant. Although I have been confident on my own, my health has improved, and I’m now focusing on maintaining my well-being through diet and medication. Moving forward in good condition is possible, and I hope for your blessings.”
Bala’s first marriage was with singer Amrutha Suresh, and he confirmed that all legal proceedings related to that relationship have been completed. His second marriage to Elizabeth was not legally registered, so there were no legal complications in proceeding with his new marriage to Kokila.
