New Delhi: India has issued a stern warning that any further provocation from Pakistan will result in a powerful retaliatory strike. Indications suggest that Operation Sindoor may proceed to a second phase, targeting more terrorist camps currently being closely monitored by Indian intelligence agencies. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has clearly stated that India is not hesitant to escalate matters to full-scale war if necessary. The Indian government has granted the military complete autonomy to respond appropriately.
Following the initial strike under Operation Sindoor — which was carried out in retaliation for the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam — Pakistan responded with cross-border shelling in areas including the border village of Salamabad. Indian media teams visited these conflict-hit zones to report on the ground situation. Control rooms have been established across Jammu and Kashmir to manage public safety and coordinate response measures. As a result of the ongoing tensions, educational institutions remain closed, and Srinagar Airport will remain shut for another day.

According to them, the Indian strike destroyed nine terrorist bases and was carried out based on accurate intelligence.
