Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is set to present the first budget of the third Modi government on July 23. The budget session of Parliament will commence on July 22 and conclude on August 12. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiran Rijiju announced that President Droupadi Murmu has approved the proposal. Important bills are also expected to be introduced during this session. The 18th Lok Sabha’s first session took place from June 24 to July 3 for the swearing-in of members, election of the Speaker, and the President’s address.
