Honda has officially rolled out the 2025 edition of the Dio 125 in the Indian market, bringing a refreshed design, new tech features, and compliance with the latest OBD 2B emission norms. This makes the Dio 125 not only more environmentally friendly but also smarter and more connected for modern riders.
The scooter continues to be powered by the familiar 123.92cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. It delivers a power output of 8.19 hp and 10.5 Nm of peak torque. One of the practical upgrades is the inclusion of Honda’s advanced idling stop-start system, which contributes to improved fuel efficiency—especially beneficial for city commutes.
One of the most notable changes is the addition of a 4.2-inch TFT digital display. Already seen on other Honda models like the Activa 125, this screen adds a tech-savvy edge to the scooter. It supports Honda’s RoadSync app, allowing users to access features like real-time range, trip information, turn-by-turn navigation, and notifications for calls and messages.
Visually, the 2025 Dio 125 sports updated graphics and is available in five striking colour schemes—Mat Marvel Blue Metallic, Pearl Deep Ground Gray, Pearl Sports Yellow, Pearl Igneous Black, and Imperial Red. The scooter is offered in two variants: the DLX priced at ₹96,749 and the H-Smart version at ₹1.02 lakh (ex-showroom). With these updates, Honda aims to strengthen Dio’s appeal among young urban riders looking for style and substance.
