Keeway has officially launched the successor to its popular K300 N motorcycle in India, introducing the new K300 SF. This updated model boasts a more aggressive price tag, with an introductory price of Rs 1.69 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 100 customers. This represents a significant price drop compared to its predecessor, making it a more enticing proposition for potential buyers.
The K300 SF retains the core of its predecessor, powered by a 292.4cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 27.1 hp and 25 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox equipped with a slip and assist clutch for smoother gear shifts. The motorcycle features a robust chassis with USD forks at the front and a monoshock suspension at the rear. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends, further enhanced by a dual-channel ABS system for added safety.
While retaining the aggressive styling of the K300 N, the K300 SF boasts subtle updates, including revised decals and new color options. The motorcycle comes equipped with modern features such as full LED lighting and a digital instrument console for enhanced visibility and rider information.
This aggressive pricing strategy for the initial 100 units is expected to generate significant interest in the K300 SF, making it a compelling option in the competitive Indian motorcycle market.
