KTM has unveiled the latest addition to its 1390 lineup, the 1390 Super Duke GT, a fully revamped road-focused sport tourer designed to elevate the touring experience without compromising on performance. Powered by a 1,350cc V-twin engine, the Super Duke GT delivers a powerful 190hp at 10,000 rpm and 145 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm, making it a formidable force on both city roads and highways.
The chassis is derived from the Super Duke family, and the bike shares the same semi-active WP suspension found on the Super Duke Evo. A new Comfort mode has been added to the suspension system, allowing for a smoother ride on longer journeys by softening the setup. The Super Duke GT also comes equipped with high-end braking components, including Brembo Stylema calipers and 320mm discs, offering superior braking performance supported by lean-sensitive ABS and KTM’s full range of riding aids.
With an upgraded 19.5-litre fuel tank, the Super Duke GT has an improved touring range compared to its predecessors. It rides on Michelin Power 6 tires, with a 120/70-ZR17 front and 190/55-ZR17 rear, ensuring excellent grip and handling. The bike’s subframe has been reinforced to accommodate additional touring features such as luggage and a pillion, making it a true long-distance companion.
The 1390 Super Duke GT joins other flagship KTM models like the Super Duke R and Super Adventure series, rounding out the brand’s high-performance offerings. Whether you’re looking for an adrenaline-fueled ride or a comfortable touring bike, the Super Duke GT is engineered to deliver both.
