
A fire broke out at a dumping yard near Mandi village in Delhi on Sunday evening, triggering a prompt emergency response from the fire department. The incident occurred close to Shanti Colony in the Mandi Pahari area. Once the fire was reported, fire tenders were swiftly dispatched to the site. Thanks to the quick and efficient efforts of the fire crew, the blaze was brought under control without delay. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries or fatalities.
On the same day, two other fire incidents were also reported in different parts of the country. In Rajasthan, a massive fire engulfed a furniture showroom located on the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway. Emergency fire units rushed to the scene and launched an intensive operation to douse the flames. As of now, no injuries or deaths have been confirmed, although the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Meanwhile, in Bihar’s Buxar district, another fire was reported on the Patna-Delhi National Highway near Naya Bhojpur village. A truck caught fire, and nearby residents quickly informed authorities. Firefighters from the Patna control room responded rapidly and extinguished the blaze. Thankfully, no casualties occurred in this incident either. These back-to-back fire emergencies highlight the importance of vigilance and rapid response in mitigating fire hazards.
