According to the reports, the standard Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to continue Samsung’s flagship legacy. It could come equipped with high-end hardware and a redesigned edge-to-edge cover screen that rivals Motorola’s recent Razr lineup.
However, what might surprise some users is the possibility of Samsung switching to its own Exynos processor instead of using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chips, which have traditionally powered the company’s foldables in the past. This would be a notable move and may influence user expectations around performance and battery efficiency.
On the other hand, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is likely to take on competitors like the Moto Razr 2025 and Nubia Flip by offering a more affordable price tag. It is rumoured to feature an outer display similar to the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and be powered by the Exynos 2400e chipset, a toned-down version of the Exynos 2400 that has been used in some Galaxy S24 variants. The idea appears to be making foldables more accessible without compromising too much on the user experience.
