Everyone concentrate on skin and hair most of the time, it is very important to give attention to the health of our nails. With constant application of toxic nail paints and not cleaning them properly can make your nails too soft and breakable. Sometimes, a deficiency of calcium can lead to white spots on your nails. Fruits like strawberries, blueberries, are very good for nails. They are delicious and packed with vitamins and nutrients. For thicker and stronger nail tips, fruits need to be a part of your diet. They contain antioxidants that help fight inflammation that even disrupt cells in your nails.

Green leafy vegetables 
To have healthy nails, too, one has to eat green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, and broccoli because they are rich in iron, folate, and calcium, all the nutrients essential for your nails.

They contain traces of manganese and copper that help in the synthesis and production of connective tissue in bones and cartilage.
