Chocolate Gulab Jamun Recipe
Gulab Jamun is something we all love. Today we have new recipe to make gulab jamun in chocolate flavour.
Ingredients
Cocoa Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Drinking Chocolate – 1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Maida – 3 tsp
Butter – 1/2 teaspoon
Milk Powder (unsweetened) – 1/5 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Grated chocolate – 4 tablespoons
Oil or ghee for frying
Preparation
In a pan, add sugar and 2 cups of water and boil it.
Add cardamom powder to it and mix. Your sugar syrup is ready, keep it aside.
Then combine milk powder, maida, chocolate powder, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
Start kneading the flour of this mixture using a little water and ghee. Divide the dough into equal parts and make a ball.

Make hole in the ball from the center and add some chocolate to this hole. Then close it well and make balls again.
In a pan, add oil or ghee for frying and fry these balls. When they fry well, add it to the syrup. Soak the balls in sugar syrup for 2 to 3 hours. Serve hot.
