Prominent leaders, including VP Padmanabhan (Kozhikode) and Palode Santhosh (Thiruvananthapuram), have assumed the roles of state spokespersons for the party. Additionally, the party has named Ettumanoor Radhakrishnan, Manoj Kumar, K Padmanabhan, Augustine Kolenchery, NK Sashi, Kizhakkanela Sudhakaran, Dr. Athiyanoor Sreekumar, and Vilavoorkal Unni as members of the state committee.

Furthermore, the BJP has expanded its state council with the inclusion of 11 more individuals. Biju B Nair and PL Babu have been designated as secretaries for the Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam sectors, respectively.
