Egg Omelete Special Recipe

Let’s see how to fry eggs in Thiruvalla and Alappuzha style.

Eggs – 5
Small onions – 15
Coconut pepper – 2 tablespoons
Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons
Curry leaves
Salt – enough
Water – 3 tablespoons
Green chillies – Number

Finely chop the onion and green chillies, add coconut milk, coconut oil, water, curry leaves and salt to taste. Pour the coconut oil into a pan then pour the egg mixture and fry.
Bake on one side and cook for another 5 seconds on the other side.
Egg fried or egg bread ready.
