2 tsp rose water
1 tsp glycerine

Preparation
Crush the Vitamin C tablet and place the Vitamin C powder in the glass bottle. Then add the rose water and shake the mixture well. Once the powder gets dissolved, add the Vitamin E capsule in the bottle by squeezing out all the liquid. Shake the mixture well and store the bottle in a cool dark place. It’s best to use the serum within two weeks.
