Ducati has introduced the 2025 Multistrada V2, a significant upgrade to its adventure touring lineup. Boasting a reduced weight of 18 kg compared to its predecessor, the Multistrada V2 emerges as the lightest bike in its category. The model will be available globally starting January 2025, with an India launch expected later in the year.
The Multistrada V2 retains its signature style inspired by the V4, featuring a sharper front beak, an elevated windscreen, and a revamped rear section. A new Storm Green color option joins the classic Ducati Red. The redesigned seats prioritize passenger comfort and offer adjustable seat heights of 850 mm and 830 mm for improved accessibility.
Under the hood, the bike is powered by an 890cc L-Twin engine that delivers 114 horsepower and 92.1 Nm of torque. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox and a bi-directional quick-shifter for seamless gear changes. The lightweight aluminum monocoque frame, steel subframe, and cast aluminum swingarm contribute to the bike’s reduced weight.
Suspension systems vary between models: the standard V2 is equipped with a Marzocchi fork and Sachs shock absorber, while the V2 S features Ducati’s Skyhook semi-active suspension. Both versions come with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels fitted with Brembo brakes for superior control.
The bike includes advanced features such as a 5-inch TFT display, five riding modes (Sport, Touring, Urban, Enduro, Wet), cruise control, USB charging, and adjustable power response. With its modernized design, powerful engine, and cutting-edge technology, the 2025 Ducati Multistrada V2 sets a new benchmark in the adventure touring category.
