In celebration of the 50th anniversary since production of the legendary Jaguar E-Type ceased, Jaguar has unveiled two exclusive roadsters designed for a dedicated customer. Created by Jaguar Classic, these limited E-Type Commemorative models pay homage to the final 50 units of the iconic car, echoing the original style while infusing modern updates. Finished in classic hues, one model features Signet Green, while the other sports a sleek Opal Black, both adding to the allure of this vintage revival.
To enhance exclusivity, Jaguar has integrated bespoke features into the vehicles. Each car boasts a meticulously engraved center console, featuring the original blueprint design of the E-Type. Interior elements reflect luxury craftsmanship, with hand-woven leather seating, and decorative embellishments by Deakin & Francis, the oldest jeweller in England. The luxurious details include gold and silver interior accents, a silver-finished ‘JAGUAR’ logo on the trunk, and a unique Jaguar badge crafted from Mother of Pearl and 18-karat gold.
These 2024 E-Type models blend modern convenience with classic design, equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a heated windshield, and a Bluetooth-enabled radio. However, Jaguar remains true to the E-Type’s iconic performance with a restored 3.8-litre inline six-cylinder engine, now featuring advanced fuel injection and paired with a five-speed manual transmission. This homage to a classic British icon combines vintage elegance with modern functionality, embodying Jaguar’s legacy in automotive history.
