Burj Azizi: Dubai Unveils Sales Launch for the World’s Second-Tallest Tower

Azizi Developments Introduces 725-Metre Skyscraper, with Sales Across Seven Cities on February 19

Dubai is set to redefine its ever-evolving skyline with the introduction of Burj Azizi, the world’s second-tallest tower, which will reach a staggering 725 metres upon completion in 2028. Azizi Developments, the private real estate giant behind the project, has announced the official sales launch of Burj Azizi, set to take place on February 19, 2024, across seven major cities worldwide:

  • Dubai – Conrad Hotel
  • Hong Kong – The Peninsula
  • London – The Dorchester
  • Mumbai – JW Marriott Juhu
  • Singapore – Marina Bay Sands
  • Sydney – Four Seasons Hotel
  • Tokyo – Palace Hotel

A Landmark Development on Sheikh Zayed Road

Situated along the prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi will be a 131-plus-storey mixed-use development featuring luxury residences, a high-end hotel, retail outlets, and entertainment spaces. The project aims to set new global benchmarks with unique features, including:

  • The highest hotel lobby in the world (Level 111)
  • The highest nightclub globally (Level 126)
  • The tallest restaurant (Level 122)
  • The highest hotel suite (Level 118)
  • A dedicated museum at the top, chronicling the tower’s journey with multimedia exhibits

The skyscraper will house one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with amenity floors every 20 levels. These will include swimming pools, a sauna, a gym, yoga centre, spa, business hub, games room, cinema, supermarket, and multiple dining options. In addition, the tower will feature a 7-star all-suite hotel, inspired by seven cultural themes—Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian.

Dubai’s Property Market Booms Amid Skyscraper Expansion

The Dubai real estate market continues to experience unprecedented demand, with rising property values and rental rates. The city recorded 180,987 property transactions worth AED 522.5 billion in 2024, marking an increase of 36.5% in sales volume and 27.2% in value compared to 2023. Off-plan sales have been the primary driver behind this surge.

Dubai currently holds the record for having the most skyscrapers over 300 metres—33 in total. Among the world’s 100 tallest completed towers, 14 are in Dubai, including Burj Khalifa, Marina 101, Princess Tower, The Address Boulevard, and Ciel Tower.

A Vision Realized

Azizi Developments’ founder and chairman, Mirwais Azizi, described Burj Azizi as a once-in-a-generation architectural feat, saying, “Projects like Burj Azizi don’t come around often. It is a tribute to Dubai’s growing global influence. This has been a dream of mine for years, and today, we take a major step toward making it a reality.”

With its unparalleled luxury offerings, record-setting features, and a prime location, Burj Azizi is expected to attract high-net-worth investors and buyers worldwide, further cementing Dubai’s reputation as a global real estate powerhouse.
