The police are working towards reinforcing the First Information Report (FIR), which is currently seen as weak. Their goal is to collect additional evidence that could support the charges against the actor. Any decision to impose further legal charges will depend on the results of scientific tests, especially if Shine admits to consuming drugs.
Officials have expressed dissatisfaction with the explanation provided by Shine regarding his attempt to flee from the hotel room, casting doubt on the credibility of his statement.
