Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau expressed strong disapproval of the attack, condemning the violent actions as “unacceptable.” Highlighting Canada’s commitment to religious freedom, Trudeau emphasized that all Canadians have a fundamental right to practice their faith freely and without fear. Addressing the nation via a post on X (formerly Twitter), he stated, “The acts of violence at the Hindu Sabha Mandir in Brampton today are unacceptable. Every Canadian has the right to practice their faith freely and safely.”
